Waited over half an hour for Overcooked Onion rings had almost half a cup of grease in the bottom of the container. Both sets. Charged for a Sunday I didn't receive. And tots I didn't receive This is the second bad experience I've had here Overpriced and overcooked I won't be returning

Super hot day, but the ice cold rootbeer and a hamburger horseshoe made me a happy camper.

You have to try their homemade root beer floats! Old fashioned curb side service spots, a dine in area and very friendly staff!

It's just a good old fashioned burger joint, nothing fancy. The food was all cooked fresh and it tasted great. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry, it took us 30 min to get our food that's the only reason they didn't get five stars.

I'm giving one star the food tasted decent but it was all crammed in one sack when they should have used 2 it was all smashed together Then to make it worse they left out my fries Not recommend

Go for the fried mushrooms and rootbeer. Rootbeer is homemade and you can buy it by the gallon!! We got our order to go. It is a small town, all-American, mom and pop burger joint. The kind that all the local teens work at one time or another. Service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They will come out to get your order if you park in the right spots...think car hop. Good experience!

Good horseshoe - really liked the cheese sauce, it wasn't huge, but plenty for a good sized lunch! My wife said her cheeseburger was really good and the onion rings were good. We don't do root beer, but everyone says their homemade root beer is the best. Price was on the higher side for lunch, but it was good and we'll be back.

Took 45 minutes to make, the fries were bland and grilled cheese kind of burnt. The burgers tasted good but the wait was ridiculous and they werent busy.

Vinegar based bbq sauce outside of NC will always get a 5 star review. Also, perfectly crispy tator tots will get a 5 star review. This place hit both of those. Water was a little suspect but they don’t make that. Check them out, support local.

My homemade root beer was amazing. Along with my cheeseburger and fries it was a overall great meal plus low prices I would highly recommend you go there.

Not worth the money at all! I paid $10.98 for a double cheeseburger, small coleslaw, and a large drink. The double cheeseburger was supposed to have ketchup, mustard, and onions. I got one tiny sliver of an onion, no ketchup and plenty of mustard for 2 or 3 burgers. There was way too much cheese on it, and I like a cheesy burger. The slaw was way too dry. The taste was nasty to me, almost like the small amount of mayonnaise that they had in it was bad. The drink was supposed to be their homemade root beer, but it tasted like a cream soda instead. Overall I was not happy with any part of my meal. I will not be back. With all that being said, the little girl that was my waitress was a complete sweetheart.

Two stars because it doesn't seem fare to blame the employees for the food. Everything used to taste so good! Especially the fried cauliflower. So far this year, my wife and I have went four times. Each time we've regretted it. From cold cheese sauce to fish cooked so long it's inedible. Even the famous Italian beef has turned in to a salty soggy disappointment. Many of our friends who have eaten their for as many years as us, have stopped going and warn against it to others. It's a real shame to have to give up on yet another local favorite. At least the root beer hasn't been ruined. That's the only thing that we can in good conscious recommend.
